We don’t believe in fostering a toxic productivity culture where the team is expected to work to the bone. Instead, we believe a comfortable environment with adequate breaks results in maximum productivity at Sterling Assurance Partners. Therefore, we’ve created a fun work environment where you’ll see our team engaging in conversations over a meal or a fun game in the office. We also go on trips to other countries together as an agency. We’re flexible and always open to feedback so that when one method isn’t working, we can find another.

Positivity
Successful collaboration is the key to a positive work environment. All team members work in harmony to deliver high-quality financial solutions and fulfil clients’ requirements. We believe in encouraging our team members. You’ll find us celebrating small and significant achievements for all team members. While all feedback is encouraged, positive feedback is the most appreciated. Be it from a peer or an agency leader, each member is always noticed for their contribution.

Professionalism
While nurturing a friendly and pleasant culture, we never fail to compromise on professionalism. When faced with complex situations, all team members are thoroughly trained in practical problem-solving and grounding techniques to maintain composure. This helps the team manoeuvre through high-stress situations while always finding an effective solution. Our team conducts weekly meetings every Monday to ensure that morale is boosted, and we set the right tone for the week.
